The present invention relates to an apparatus for laminating polyethylene foam panels. In particular, the apparatus can produce a polyethylene foam panel having a large thickness through laminating polyethylene foam panels by feeding them at a uniform rate using a lead-in means. In particular, the apparatus can produce a polyethylene foam panel having a large thickness, regardless of the thickness of a polyethylene foam panel to be laminated, and further, the polyethylene foam panel is laminated by using hot air streams, wherein the hot air streams melt the bonding surface of the polyethylene foam to prevent the panel from melting or catching fire.
