The present invention relates to a genetic marker for detecting spring viraemia of carp virus (SVCV) and a method for detecting SVCV using the same and, more specifically, to a method for amplifying a specific nucleic acid of the SVCV, hybridizing a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) which specifically recognizes the amplified product, obtaining a temperature-dependent melting curve by controlling the temperature of the hybridized product, and detecting the SVCV or confirming whether a carp is infected with the virus from the melding temperature through the analysis of the obtained melting curve. The present invention relates to a genetic marker for discriminating or detecting a causative virus of a marine creature infectious disease and a causative virus discrimination or detection method using same and, more specifically, to a method comprising: selecting and amplifying a DNA base sequence for coding a particular gene of viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus (VHSV), red sea bream iridovirus (RSIV, a causative virus of red sea bream iridoviral disease)/infectious spleen and kidney necrosis virus (ISKNV), or koi herpesvirus (KHV); then hybridizing a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) which specifically recognizes the amplified product; obtaining a temperature-based melting curve by controlling the temperature of the hybridized product; and determining a virus type from a melting temperature through the analysis of the obtained melting curve, or detecting the status of infection of fishes with the virus type.

The present invention relates to a genetic marker for detecting a yellow head virus 1 (YHV1), and to a method for detecting a virus by using the same. More specifically, according to the method of the present invention, a specific nucleic acid of an YHV1 is amplified, and a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) for specifically recognizing an amplified product is hybridized. Then, melting curves for each temperature are obtained by adjusting the temperature of a hybridized product, and an YHV1 is detected from a melting temperature by analyzing the obtained melting curves or it is confirmed whether a shrimp is infected by the virus.
