The present invention relates to a composition for skin regeneration, using a culture medium or a secretion in the culture of an embryonic stem cell-derived endothelial progenitor cell, and to the use thereof. As the present invention uses the secretion in the culture as a medicine and not the embryonic stem cell-derived endothelial progenitor cell itself, the risk of teratoma formation is prevented, and angiogenic activity is promoted to achieve improved effectiveness in healing wounds and burn wounds. ... 본 발명의 목적은, 창상 치료 연구의 모델로서 피부의 회복 과정이 인간 피부세포와 다른 마우스를 이용할 경우에 발생하는 한계점을 극복하고, 현실적이고 경제적인 방법으로 창상 치료 연구에 적용할 수 있는 창상 질환 모델용 동물을 제조하는 방법과 이를 이용한 창상 치료제 효능의 분석 방법을 제공하는 것에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은, 설치류 상피 특유의 수평적 구축 능력을 억제하기 위하여 창상의 표면과 수직으로 원통체를 삽입하고, 그 내부에 투입되어 창상의 표면에 얇은 막을 형성하는 천연 소재의 투과성 하이드로겔을 포함하는 창상 치료 모델을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 면역 반응을 일으키지 않기 때문에 면역을 억제하지 않은 동물 모델용 동물을 제조할 수 있고, 인체 창상의 환경과 더욱 유사한 조건의 모델용 동물을 이용하여 창상 치료제를 연구할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 하이드로겔을 원통체의 내부에 투입해 창상에 얇은 막을 형성함으로써 시료를 안정적으로 흡수시킬 수 있고, 임상 적용의 가능성을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
