The GPS message loading system comprises: a GPS antenna receiving a GPS satellite signal; and a GPS message loading apparatus which is connected to the GPS antenna, receives the GPS satellite signal from the GPS antenna to generate a GPS subframe message, and loads the generated GPS subframe message to the P (Y) code receiver of the guided aerial vehicle guided by the GPS. Therefore, the system reduces TTFF by enabling a warm start performance of the P (Y) code receiver of the guided aerial vehicle while reducing the time for loading of the GPS sub message, thereby minimizing the power consumption of the guided aerial vehicle.
