... 본 발명은 PDCD6 유전자의 단형성 또는 다형성 소위성과 이를 이용한 DNA 타이핑 키트 및 상기 유전자 관련 질병의 진단키트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 개인 식별 마커로 사용할 수 있는, PDCD6 유전자 내의 다형성 소위성, 상기 다형성 소위성 검출용 프라이머 세트, 상기 프라이머 세트를 이용한 DNA 타이핑 키트 및 PDCD6 유전자 관련 질병의 진단키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PDCD6 TR 영역은 멘델리안 유전에 따라 감수분열을 통해 전달되므로, 이를 DNA 타이핑함으로써 개체의 친자 확인, 혈연 확인 또는 법의학적 감정에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있으며, 단형성 PDCD6-MS1, PDCD6-MS2 및 다형성 PDCD6-MS3 영역을 증폭하여 일반대립형질과 희귀대립형질로 구성된 유전형질을 가진 개체 수 빈도를 정상인과 비교함으로써 방광암과 전립선암에 대한 감수성을 진단할 수 있다.
