The present invention relates to a waterproof multilayer composite fiber material, and to a method for producing the same. More specifically, a waterproof multilayer composite fiber material, which has a multilayer structure formed as a side-by-side composite spinning nonwoven fabric and a fabric are composited, can improve mechanical properties which are weaknesses of a general melt-blown nonwoven fabric.
