The present invention relates to a method for producing in vivo hydrogel through a photothermal mechanism, in which a hydrogel precursor mixed solution including graphene or a graphene inducer which is a near-infrared ray sensitive material and in vivo hydrogel using near-infrared rays are produced. More specifically, graphene having photothermal properties and a graphene inducer are used for a precursor, and hydrogel formation and physical properties of the precursor inserted in an injection type are adjusted by irradiating external near-infrared rays. Accordingly, in vivo hydrogel is produced, and physical properties and spatial specificity of hydrogel can be elaborately adjusted. Moreover, by using the properties of graphene and graphene oxide, physical properties and adsorptive power are improved. The properties present a more effect method for repairing and treating tissue.
