The present invention relates to a boil-off gas reliquefaction system and a vessel having the same. The boil-off gas reliquefaction system comprises: a liquefied gas storage tank; a boil-off gas compressor compressing boil-off gas generated in the liquefied gas storage tank; a liquefaction unit liquefying the boil-off gas by using a mixed refrigerant; and a boil-off gas transfer line bypassing the boil-off gas compressor in the liquefied gas storage tank to transfer the boil-off gas to the liquefaction unit.
