The present invention relates to a laminate film including a base film, made of a polymer material, and a primer coating layer formed on at least one side of the base film. The coating layer is generated from a composition including a phenoxy resin, which is a polymer of bisphenol and epichlorohydrin, and has the thickness of 10-500 nm. The base film for a metal mesh has optical properties which are a total light transmittance change of 0.5 or less and a haze value change of 0.5% or less measured by an ASTM D-1003 method before and after performing a reliability test in a condition of the temperature of 85°C and a relative humidity of 85% for 100 hours. According to the present invention, deterioration of transparency of the base film for a metal mesh can be minimized by preventing oligomers, existing in the base film, from moving to the surface of the base film while the base film for a metal mesh is formed as a thin film having a coating layer of 500 nm or thinner.
