... 본 발명은 저작 활동이 중요한 사용자들의 식습관을 파악하여 올바른 식습관을 함양시키기 위한 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히 센서를 사용자의 신체에 부착하여 식습관 정보를 추출하고 이를 통해 식습관을 개선하는 웨어러블 시스템에 관한 것이다. 사용자가 식사하는 동안 양쪽 관자근의 압력을 감지하는 압력 센서; 압력 센서의 압력 측정값을 나타내는 운동 정보를 입력받아 디지털 신호로 변환된 식습관 정보로 출력하는 데이터 처리기; 및 식습관 정보를 입력받고 어플리케이션을 통해 사용자의 검색 조건에 맞게 가공하여 디스플레이하는 단말기;를 포함하고, 압력 센서는 머리 뒤로 연결이 되어 착용이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 식습관 개선 시스템을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 압력 센서와 휘어짐 센서를 신체에 착용하여 움직이는 동안에도 저작 운동을 정확하게 측정할 수 있고, 데이터 처리기를 통해 측정된 운동 정보를 단말기로 간편하게 실시간으로 전송할 수 있는 이점이 있으며, 단말기와 단말기 내부의 어플리케이션을 통해 실시간으로 사용자의 식습관 정보를 모니터링 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
