... 본 발명은 단결정 금속 극세선 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 육성한 단결정 금속을 원형 또는 사각 단면으로 형태 가공한 후 신선기로 인발시켜 장선의 단결정 극세선을 연속적으로 제조함에 따라, 제조 공정을 간소화하여 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전기저항을 저하시켜 품질도 향상시킬 수 있는 단결정 금속 극세선 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 초크랄스키 또는 브리지만 방법으로 단결정 금속 잉곳을 육성하는 제1단계; 상기 단결정 금속 잉곳을 일정 형태의 단결정 금속으로 형태 가공하는 제2단계; 및 상기 단결정 금속을 인발 가공하여 단결정 금속 극세선의 제조를 완료하는 제3단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단결정 금속 극세선 제조방법을 기술적 요지로 한다.

The present invention provides a shielded cable light-weighted while maintaining shield performance as much as a conventional case using a metal by using a carbon fiber coated with a conductive material.
