... 본 발명은 경추 위치 확인용 견인장치에 관한 것으로서, 와이어와, 일측에 지지롤러가 한 방향으로만 회전가능하게 설치되고, 상기 지지롤러의 외주 일측에 상기 와이어의 일측이 지지되는 단속부재와, 상기 와이어의 일단부에 연결되고, 주변에 고정설치된 고정대상물에 결합되는 고정부 및 일측이 상기 단속부재에 연결되고, 환자의 양 어깨 중 적어도 하나의 어깨에 착용되는 견착부를 포함하되, 상기 와이어는 타단부에 외측방향으로 외력이 가해지는 경우 상기 와이어가 상기 지지롤러에 지지되는 일측으로부터 상기 와이어의 타단까지의 길이가 신장함과 아울러 상기 와이어가 상기 지지롤러에 지지되는 일측으로부터 상기 와이어의 일단까지의 길이가 짧아지며, 상기 단속부재는 일측이 견착부의 일측에 연결되는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 일측에 회전가능하게 설치되고, 상기 와이어의 일측이 지지되는 지지롤러와, 상기 지지롤러의 측부에 형성되며, 다수의 기어이가 일방향으로 경사지게 형성되는 래칫기어와, 상기 몸체부의 일측에 회전가능하게 설치되고, 상기 래칫기어 방향으로 회전하는 경우 상기 래칫기어의 일측에 지지되어 상기 지지롤러가 한 방향으로만 회전하도록 상기 지지롤러를 단속하며, 역방향으로 회전하여 상기 래칫기어로부터 이탈되는 경우 상기 지지롤러의 단속상태를 해제하는 걸쇠 및 상기 몸체부와 상기 걸쇠 사이에 개재되어 상기 걸쇠에 상기 래칫기어 방향으로 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경추 위치 확인용 견인장치를 제공한다.상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 구조로 형성되어 저렴한 비용으로 제조가 가능하고, 환자의 어깨를 안정적으로 견인하여 환자의 경추 위치를 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
