The present invention relates to an ink composition based on a conductive polymer and a metal particle, and to a production method thereof, particularly a thermoelectric ink composition for ink-jet printing for producing thermoelectric thin film devices. More specifically, the present invention relates to a thermoelectric ink composition for ink-jet printing, comprising a solvent, metal powder, and a conductive polymer. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof, a thermoelectric thin film device using the same, and a thermoelectric thin film module. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce ink for ink-jet printing, enabling the production of highly stable and eco-friendly thermoelectric devices with low costs.
