The present invention relates to an electronic photodegradable material, and to an insulating layer and organic light-emitting diode made of same. More particularly, the electronic photodegradable material comprises a polyimide resin as an alkali-developable resin, a diazide-based photosensitive compound, and a sensitivity enhancer. Thus, the electronic photodegradable material exhibits superior developing properties in a patterning process, and a light transmittance of 90% or higher at wavelengths (of 400 nm to 650 nm) within the visible spectrum. Therefore, the electronic photodegradable material of the present invention may be useful in the field of flat panel displays that require a high-resolution pattern, particularly in forming an organic insulating layer for an organic light-emitting diode.
