... 본 발명은 수소의 생산, 저장 및 이송을 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 연안에서의 소규모 해상 풍력발전기나 수심이 얕은 천해 해역에 고정식 구조물로 구성됨으로 인해 수소의 대량생산이 어려워 효율성이 떨어지고, 생산된 수소를 압축가스 형태로 변환하는 경우는 저장공간을 많이 차지하며, 암모니아로 변환하는 경우는 수소를 다시 추출하기 위해 추가적인 에너지가 필요하고 유출사고시 환경오염 및 인명 피해의 위험이 있었던 종래기술의 해양그린수소 생산, 저장 및 이송 시스템 및 방법들의 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 해양에서 신재생 에너지를 이용하여 생산된 전기를 이용하여 해양그린수소를 생산하도록 이루어지는 해상부유식구조물(Floating)을 통하여 해양그린수소를 생산(Production)하는 동시에, 생산된 해양그린수소를 저장(Storage)하고 이송하여 하역(Offloading)하는 작업이 단일의 해상플랫폼(FPSO)을 통하여 수행될 수 있도록 구성됨으로써, 친환경 에너지를 기반으로 온실가스 배출이 전혀 없이 해양그린수소의 생산, 저장 및 이송이 모두 가능한 대규모의 생산시설을 용이하게 구축할 수 있도록 구성되는 해양그린수소의 생산, 저장 및 이송을 위한 해상플랫폼이 제공된다.
