... 고가의 진공 장비와 큰 에너지 소모없이 나노다이아몬드를 흑연화하는 간단한 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 나노다이아몬드의 흑연화 방법에서는 나노다이아몬드를 용매에 분산시켜 콜로이드 용액을 형성한 후, 상기 콜로이드 용액에 펄스 레이저를 조사하여 광화학 반응을 유도함으로써 상기 나노다이아몬드를 흑연화한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 콜로이드 용액 상에서 나노다이아몬드와 용매의 광화학적 반응으로 다이아몬드 구조를 흑연 구조로 변환시킨다. 용매와 레이저를 이용할 뿐 고가의 진공 장비와 큰 에너지 소모가 없이 진행할 수 있으므로 간단하고 저비용으로 나노다이아몬드의 흑연화가 가능해진다.
