The present invention relates to a method for healing damaged cells or tissues by using low-level lasers, and more specifically, to a method which injects stem cells into damaged cells or tissue sites in an animal excluding human and irradiates a laser to regulate expression of proteins or enzymes to treat the damaged sites. According to the present invention, after laser irradiation to various cells or tissues, such as adult stem cells, keratocytes, hypodermal cells, epithelial cells, inflammatory cells, and cancer cells, mechanisms according to subsequent changes can be tracked; and by categorizing cell activation mechanisms into focal adhesion, migration, proliferation, and differentiation, and through various molecular biological techniques and non-clinical tests, laser irradiation can contribute to polarity of individual cells in regard to G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) to promote various physiological activities, and thus may be used to treat damaged cells or tissues.
