The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a ceramic roller. The method includes: a step (S1) of making mixed powder of Al_2O_3, SiO_2, MgO, Cao, and ZrO_2; a step (S2) of putting the mixed powder of the step (S1), a dispersant, a binder, a plasticizer, and a lubricating release agent into a spray dryer, and then, heating the mixture at an inlet temperature of 150-170°C and an outlet temperature of 90-110°C for 3-4 hours to granulate the mixture; a step (S3) of mixing the granules of the step (S2); a step (S4) of sintering the granules in the air at 1,600-1,650°C for three hours; and a step (S5) of cutting the matter, sintered through the step (S4), in a depth of 0.02-0.04 mm at 1,200-1,800 rpm.
