To this end, the present invention provides a compound having a hole conducting property, expressed by chemical formula 1, chemical formula 2, chemical formula 3 or chemical formula 4, a co-adsorbent body having a hole conducting property, comprising said compound, and a dye-sensitized solar cell comprising the co-adsorbent body having a hole conducting property in the light-absorbing layer thereof.
