In the method, ethyl 2-(3-cyano-4-isobutoxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazol-5-carboxylate is obtained with high yield through the optimization of base and solvent during a first alkylation reaction. In addition, production of a byproduct, 2-(3-carbamoyl-4-isobutoxyphenyl)-4-methylthiazol-5-carboxylic acid, is avoided completely through the optimization of base and reaction condition during hydrolysis, so that high purity febuxostat may be obtained with high yield without advanced purification. ... 본 발명은 전기조리기의 뚜껑이 전기적 신호로 개방되도록 함으로써 전기조리기 동작 중 뚜껑이 개방되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 전기조리기를 제공하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명의 전기조리기는, 내부에 내솥이 장착되는 본체; 일측에서 상기 본체와 힌지부로 연결되고, 상기 힌지부를 중심으로 회전함으로써 상기 본체의 개방된 상부를 개폐하고, 걸림부가 형성된 뚜껑; 상기 본체에 구비되어 상기 걸림부와 걸림되거나 걸림해제되는 걸림부재; 상기 걸림부재에 탄성력을 인가하여 상기 걸림부재와 상기 걸림부의 걸림이 이루어지도록 하는 탄성부재; 구동부의 구동에 의해 상기 걸림부재를 직선 이동시킴으로써 상기 걸림부재와 상기 걸림부의 걸림이 해제되도록 하는 구동전달부재를 포함한다.
