However, using the photoactive layer solution according to the present invention enables P-type metal oxide nanoparticles to be directly dispersed on the photoactive layer, thereby having efficiency similar to the existing layer-by-layer (LbL)-type organic solar cell, and enabling a reduction in costs, since there is no need to deposit a separate p buffer layer such as PEDOT:PSS, and the organic solar cell to be manufactured by means of just a simple wet process. The present invention relates to a selective adsorption of organic materials by using magnetic hybrid nanoparticles, and specifically, to: a magnetic oil adsorbent, wherein magnetic metal particles, and one or more materials selected from a carbon nanotube and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) are sequentially coated on the surface of silica nanoparticles; and a method for removing oil using the same. The magnetic oil adsorbent of the present invention has remarkable adsorptivity to oil, and an oil-silica gel gelated after oil adsorption is magnetic so as to be easily collected using a magnetic body, and thus it is possible to selectively remove oil only from oil-containing media.
