One embodiment of the present invention provides a retina photographing apparatus, comprising: a body unit having a case for forming the exterior of the retina photographing apparatus and a mounting portion connected to the case and formed to be wearable on the head of a subject; a retina photographing unit, disposed inside the case, for irradiating light to a retina of the left or right eye of the subject and detecting light reflected from the retina to acquire an image of the retina; and a drive unit for moving a position of the retina photographing unit inside the case so that both eyes of the subject can be photographed.
