... 본 발명은 해안폐기물인 굴패각을 소성 및 수화시켜 고순도의 액상소석회를 제조함으로써 탈황대체재로 대량 활용할 수 있게 하는 굴패각을 이용한 액상소석회의 제조방법 및 제조시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 굴패각을 소성하는 소성단계 및 소성부와, 소성단계에서 소성된 소성굴패각을 물과 혼합하여 수화시키는 수화단계 및 수화조와, 수화단계에서 혼합된 액상슬러리를 습식분쇄하는 습식분쇄단계 및 습식분쇄부를 포함하며, 수화단계 또는 수화조에서는 수화반응용액의 초기온도를 제어하여 반응성을 향상시켜 분산도를 높이는 굴패각을 이용한 액상소석회의 제조방법 및 제조시스템이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 수화반응시 고온의 초기용액을 수화용액으로 적용함으로써 반응성이 상대적으로 떨어지는 굴패각의 수화반응을 촉진시키고 이러한 높은 온도에서 수화 및 분쇄를 함께 진행시켜 고품질의 액상 소석회를 얻는 효과가 있으며 , 소성공정과 액상소석회 제조공정을 연계하여, 소성과정에서 발생하는 폐열을 이용하여 고온의 수화용액의 에너지로 사용함으로써, 에너지를 절감하면서 고반응성 액상소석회를 제조할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
