The present invention relates to a human CLK2 protein-derived cell membrane-penetrating domain and, more particularly, to a human CLK2 protein-derived cell membrane-penetrating domain (CLK2P cell membrane-penetrating domain) or cell-penetrating peptide, and an intracellular delivery system using same. The human CLK2 protein-derived cell membrane-penetrating domain of the present invention can be delivered intracellularly and cargo substances such as compounds, biomolecules, and various polymer materials can be delivered intracellularly using same.
