The present invention relates to a mortar composition for repairing cross-section of a concrete structure, and a method of repairing a cross-section of a concrete structure using the same. The mortar composition comprises 5 to 90 wt% of mineral admixture, 5 to 90 wt% of fine aggregate, 0.1 to 25 wt% of functional improving agent and 0.1 to 30 wt% of water. The functional improving agent comprises 30 to 99 wt% of ethylene-methyl methacrylate, 0.1 to 45 wt% of ethylene-ethyl acrylate, 0.1 to 35 wt% of styrene-acrylonitrile, 0.1 to 25 wt% of styrene-methyl methacrylate and 0.01 to 25 wt% of polyvinyl butyral. According to the present invention, index performance, self-repairing performance, surface enhancement, strength and durability may be improved by means of potential hydraulic property and pozzolanic reactions.
