The invention relates to a reluctance material and the preparing method of it, especially a Cu- and Zn- doped La Sr perovskite structural oxide reluctance material and the preparing method of it. Its molecular formula is LaxSryCuzMnO3 or LaxSryZnzMnO3, where x greater than or equal to 0.6 and less than or equal to 0.7, y greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 0.16, and z is less than 1-x-y. It mainly adopts a sol-gel method to dope Cu or Zn element in Sr situation of LaxSryMnO3. It overcomes the disadvantages of the existing techniques: low magnetic field sensitivity and unsuitable temperature region, and at room temperature, has the characters of being able to reach peak value, and higher magnetic field sensitivity, and its preparing method has the characters of simple process, low reaction temperature, and stable product stability.
