Устройство для горизонтального перемещения механизма

Заявляемая полезная модель относится к устройствам для горизонтального перемещения механизма и может быть использовано для центровки механизмов в процессе монтажа оборудования в различных областях промышленности. Суть заявляемого технического решения заключается в том, что в известном устройстве для горизонтального перемещения механизма, включающем в себя кронштейн, в оба конца которого ввернуты отжимные болты, свободно сидящий на оси, проходящей через его центральную часть и через обух, на обухе со стороны, обращенной к фундаменту перемещаемого механизма, закреплен постоянный магнит. Заявляемое устройство используется следующим образом. При необходимости выполнить центровку механизма относительно фундамента, заявляемое устройство (или набор заявляемых устройств попарно, в диаметрально противоположных точках) устанавливают на вертикальную поверхность фундамента таким образом, что кронштейн устройства расположен вертикально, отжимной болт, ввернутый в верхний конец кронштейна, касается лапы или опоры перемещаемого механизма, а отжимной болт, ввернутый в нижний конец кронштейна, касается фундамента. Прижимают постоянный магнит к указанной поверхности, при этом постоянный магнит примагничивается к поверхности фундамента, надежно удерживая заявляемое устройство на ней. Выполняя поджатие отжимных болтов, за счет вращательного движения кронштейна вокруг оси относительно обуха, перемещают перемещаемый механизм в горизонтальной плоскости, выполняя центровку перемещаемого механизма до обеспечения требуемых нормативных показателей по радиальному смещению в месте соединения. После этого заявляемое устройство (или набор заявляемых устройств – в случае использования нескольких одновременно) снимается с фундамента, после чего оно снова готово к использованию. Each half has a clutch operated vertically-adjustable support member with a threaded upper end. Extension members of various lengths can be used to accommodate the need for different supporting heights. Regardless of whether an extension member is used or not, a clutch release allows the support to be raised to approximately the right height on each side underneath the object, and then a thumb-screw operated system allows for fine tuning. The present invention may further include a top frame attaching the top end of the plurality of vertical posts. The top frame may include a support frame sized to support a generator. A gap is formed in between the top frame and the at least one lower horizontal post. A portion between the bottom end and the at least one lower horizontal post of each of the plurality of vertical posts is buried within a surface. 1. [Problem] To prevent, using a simple seismic isolation structure, vibration, noise, and toppling of a heavy object installed on a floor surface where anchor bolts cannot be used. [Solution] In a seismic isolation structure 11 for a machine 1, plastically deformable support bodies 16 are embedded in a gel-like elastic body 15 of a vibration-damping pad 12. A bottom-surface adhesive layer of the gel-like elastic body 15 is bonded to the floor surface, and a pressurizing plate 13 is bonded to a top-surface adhesive layer of the gel-like elastic body 15. The pressurizing plate 13 bears weight of the machine 1 and uniformly applies pressure to the entire vibration-damping pad 12. A gas turbine engine unit for use in a modular power generation system , the gas turbine engine unit comprisingan engine package including a floor, a plurality of side walls, and a ceiling that cooperate to define a sheltered space,a gas generator arranged in the sheltered space defined by the engine package, anda mechanical handling system adapted to convey the gas generator from inside the sheltered space to outside the sheltered space for repair or replacement, the mechanical handling system including a door coupled to the engine package to pivot about a horizontal axis between a substantially vertical closed position and a substantially horizontal opened position, a plurality of floor rails coupled to the floor of the engine package, and a plurality of door rails coupled to the door to move with the door between a stowed position arranged in the sheltered space when the door is in the closed position and a use position outside the sheltered space when the door is in the opened position.2. A machine foot with a built-in load cell is provided, the load cell being suspended in an overlying sheath, with the feature that the screws which hold the load cell in place in the lower part of the machine foot pass through a bottom plate and are screwed up into a fastening ring that is separate from the sheath material. A method of production of a machine foot is provided, by which a rubber resin is moulded down into the sheath of the machine foot and is vulcanized thereto, the fastening ring being embedded in the rubber resin in an area that abuts the lower side of the sheath. 1. A machine foot with built-in load cell , said load cell being suspended in an overlying sheath , where screws which hold the load cell in place in a lower part of the machine foot , pass through a bottom plate , wherein the screws are screwed up into a fastening ring that is separated from the sheath material.2. The machine foot according to claim 1 , wherein the fastening ring comprises threaded bores and knobs with added material where the screws are fastened to the fastening ring claim 1 , so that there is a thickness of the material around each threaded bore claim 1 , which as a minimum is not smaller than the radius of the threaded bore.3. The machine foot according to claim 1 , wherein a gap between the fastening ring and the sheath is moulded with a curable moulding resin claim 1 , so that the tension in the screws is transferred to the lower side of the sheath.4. The machine foot according to claim 1 , wherein the screws extend perpendicular to a supporting plane of the lower part of the machine foot and have screw heads claim 1 , the lower side of which contact the outer face of the bottom plate of the lower part.5.
