In a conventional compressor, since a motor and a mechanical section of the compressor are disposed in one and the same closed container, the motor is exposed to high-temperature coolant and heated, and the efficiency of the motor is lowered. Further, during the operation of the compressor, the coolant circulating in the refrigerating cycle conveys additional heat generated by the motor coil. Thus the efficiency of the refrigerating cycle is lowered. The compressor according to the present invention includes a compression chamber divided into a closed chamber and an open chamber separated by a magnetic induction plate from each other. The closed chamber is filled with high temperature and pressure coolant and the rotor of the motor is disposed in the closed chamber, and the stator of the motor is disposed in the open chamber.

A refrigerant scroll compressor for a motor vehicle air conditioning system having a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll engaging with the fixed scroll, wherein the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll cooperate to compress a refrigerant gas. A refrigerant scroll compressor for a motor vehicle air conditioning system comprising:a fixed scroll;an orbiting scroll engaging with the fixed scroll, wherein the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll cooperate to compress a refrigerant gas;an intermediate pressure chamber disposed adjacent the orbiting scroll;an oil return duct providing fluid communication between the intermediate pressure chamber and a high pressure area of the refrigerant scroll compressor; andat least one intermediate pressure duct formed in one of the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll and in fluid communication with the intermediate pressure chamber.2. A high-pressure scroll compressor comprising:a main body;a fixed scroll fixed inside the main body and comprising a discharge port through which a high-pressure refrigerant is discharged;an orbiting scroll engaged with the fixed scroll to perform a relative orbiting motion, and forming a compression chamber with the fixed scroll;a main frame fixed inside the main body so as to be located under the orbiting scroll and comprising a back pressure chamber filled with an intermediate-pressure refrigerant;a back pressure hole provided in the orbiting scroll and provided to allow the compression chamber to communicate with the back pressure chamber;a bypass portion provided in plural on an upper surface of the fixed scroll and configured to selectively bypass the refrigerant of the compression chamber to a space inside the main body; anda back pressure chamber discharge portion configured to selectively discharge the refrigerant of the back pressure chamber to the space inside the main body.2.
