Устройство для изготовления ПЭТ-тары из преформы

Для пластин 18 рамных частей 10, возможно применение более твёрдого и износостойкого материала, такого как сталь. Использование стали повышает износостойкость канавок 17, взаимодействующих с выступами 22 для осуществления фиксации взаимного положения полуформ 21. Выполнение канавок 17 в пластинах 18, а не в полуформах 21 также способствует увеличению срока службы полуформ 21 и устройства в целом. A dwell cam mechanism ( 110, 120, 132 ) on the turntable causes the molds to accelerate ahead of the turntable, stop under the flow head to receive a parison ( 31 ), then accelerate to catch up with the turntable. This sequence allows the turntable to rotate continuously. Blow pins ( 30 ) mounted on the turntable inject gas into the molds to blow mold the parison while traveling a first path ( 144 ). Paddles ( 142 ) grip the molded containers and travel a second path ( 146 ) radially outward from the first path. The containers blow-molded from the parisons at a first station ( 18 ) are retained on the turntable after the turntable completes one full revolution and again passes the first station.

An apparatus comprising a container-processing machine for processing containers , wherein said container-processing machine includes a rotor and a plurality of processing stations , wherein said rotor is configured to rotate about a vertical axis , wherein said processing stations are disposed around a periphery of said rotor , wherein each processing station includes a container carrier , an electromagnetic linear drive , a lift , magnets , and an electrically-conductive coil , wherein said lift comprises said electromagnetic linear drive , wherein said lift raises and lowers said container carrier , wherein said lift comprises a guided section and a guiding section , wherein said guiding section and said guided section are displaceable relative to each other , wherein displacement of said guiding section and said guided section relative to each other guides motion of said container carrier , wherein said guiding section comprises a tubular guide , wherein an accommodating space extends through said tubular guide , wherein said magnets are disposed in said accommodating space , wherein said first and second lift elements , said magnets , and said electrically-conductive coil cooperate to define said electromagnetic linear drive for raising and lowering said container carrier.18.
