The core comprises at least one thermoplastic material and has a top surface and bottom surface wherein a print layer is affixed to the top surface of the core and an overlay layer is affixed to the top surface of the print layer. Optionally, an underlay layer can be located and affixed between the bottom surface of the print layer and the top surface of the core. In addition, a method of making the thermoplastic laminate plank is further described which involves extruding at least one thermoplastic material into the shape of the core and affixing a laminate on the core, wherein the laminate comprises an overlay affixed to the top surface of the print layer and optionally an underlay layer affixed to the bottom surface of the print layer.

An extruder die designed to produce a spiral corn-based snack food product with consistent, tight spiral pitch and the resultant food product. The extruder die has a center post parallel to the flow path along with three cone-shaped receiving ports arranged in a cloverleaf pattern around the center post. The die has three curved slots on the output side of the die which are in fluid communication with the cone-shaped receiving ports. At the distal end of each of these slots is a semi-circular tip. The tip has a diameter larger than the width of its associated slot. Further, the tip is located at the apex of a cone-shaped receiving port with which it is in fluid communication, thus providing for the highest flow velocity of the extrudate through the tip. The resultant flow profile produces the consistent spiral shape of the snack product produced by the die design described.

Such a well impregnated rod has a very small void fraction, which leads to excellent strength properties for reinforcing the umbilical elements.

A composite cable includes a sheath surrounding an outer surface of a core at least including a plurality of thick electric wires each having a resin layer on an outer circumference of a conductor, and a plurality of thin electric wires each having a resin layer on an outer circumference of a conductor, in which the sheath includes a resin composition including base resin containing at least one type of ethylene rubber and styrene elastomer at 10 to 50 mass %. 1. A composite cable comprising a sheath surrounding an outer surface of a core at least including a plurality of thick electric wires each having a resin layer on an outer circumference of a conductor , and a plurality of thin electric wires each having a resin layer on an outer circumference of a conductor ,wherein the sheath includes a resin composition including base resin containing at least one type of ethylene rubber and styrene elastomer at 10 to 50 mass %.2. The composite cable according to claim 1 , wherein the sheath includes cross-linked material of the resin composition.3. The composite cable according to claim 1 , wherein the base resin contains organic mineral oil.4. The composite cable according to claim 3 , wherein a ratio (C:C) between a content percentage (C) of the ethylene rubber and the styrene elastomer claim 3 , and a content percentage (C) of the organic mineral oil is 50:50 to 75:25.5. The composite cable according to claim 1 , wherein the resin composition contains an inorganic filler with a 10 to 150 mass part with respect to a base resin 100 mass part.6. The composite cable according to claim 5 , wherein the inorganic filler is at least one type selected from the group consisting of silica claim 5 , aluminum hydroxide claim 5 , magnesium hydroxide claim 5 , calcium carbonate claim 5 , and antimonous oxide.7.
