Novel screen printing method

Номер: TW0000361060B

The invention discloses a screen printing, which comprises applying a double sided adhesive film (dry film) between a substrate and a to-be-screen-printed paste. The use of the dry film ensures a good adhesion of the paste, thereby eliminating the need of setting a minimum limit on the thickness of the paste in order to achieve a good adhesion. Different specifications of the paste thickness can be obtained by a repetitive use of the adhesion film. Once a predetermined thickness of the paste has been reached, the dry film can be removed by baking the coating in an oxidation gaseous environment. This method is also applicable on other material, such as a phosphor powder material, an electrically resistive material and an electrically conductive material.

Combined continuous and intermittent aeration for wastewater treatment

Номер: TW0000363946B

The objective of this invention is to reduce the cost of chemicals and to control sludge bulking in aeration tank. The incoming wastewater is necessary to adjust pH value to neutralization before the organic wastewater was treated by an activated sludge process. However, the sludge bulking occurred frequently in activated sludge resulting in high SS (suspended solids) concentration and turbidity in effluent. The process combined a continuous aeration tank with an intermittent aeration tank in this invention is applied to a low pH wastewater which is not need to neutralize by NaOH and flew directly into the first stage aeration tank. The volatile organic acids were decomposed in this stage, the rest of organic pollutants were treated by an intermittent aeration tank which followed by a continuous aeration tank. The dissolved oxygen (DO) in the second stage is equal to zero during non-aeration periods to select microorganisms in terms of zoogloea bacteria rather than filamentous bacteria.

ARCHITECTURE AND METHOD FOR HYBRID PEER TO PEER/CLIENT-SERVER DATA TRANSMISSION

Номер: US20120054282A1
Автор:

Architecture and method of hybrid P2P/client-server for data transmission involve using a P2P grouping method to determine the data transmission mode being a P2P mode or a client-server mode by an original source, for a plurality of peers connected to the original source. The original source further divides the plurality of peers into a P2P group and a client-server group, and dynamically determines the respective number of peers and the upstream bandwidth for the two groups. Thereby, during a data transmission procedure, it may achieve a performance balance among the propagation delay, restriction of upstream bandwidth for data sources, network throughput and system loading. 1.
