The invention provides an organic dye, a composite dye and dye-sensitized solar cell using the same. The organic dye has Formula (I): 2. The organic dye as claimed in claim 1 , wherein L comprises thiophene claim 1 , vinylthiophene claim 1 , oligothiophene claim 1 , bithiophene claim 1 , quaterthiophene claim 1 , thienothiophene claim 1 , dithienothiophene claim 1 , carbazole claim 1 , fluorine claim 1 , dialkyl fluorine claim 1 , alkyl substituted thiophenes claim 1 , ethylenedioxythiophene claim 1 , thienylenevinylene or phenylenevinylene.3. The organic dye as claimed in claim 1 , wherein A comprises cyanoacetic acid claim 1 , rhodanine-3-acetic acid claim 1 , carboxylic acid claim 1 , phosphorous acid claim 1 , sulfonic acid claim 1 , phosphinic acid claim 1 , hydroxyl group claim 1 , oxycarboxylic acid claim 1 , acid amide claim 1 , boric acid or squaric acid.6. The organic dye as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising ruthenium metal complexes claim 1 , porphyrin claim 1 , phthalocyanine claim 1 , coumarin claim 1 , cyanine or hemicyanine.7. The organic dye as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the ruthenium metal complexes comprises cis-di(thiocyanato)-bis(2 claim 6 ,2′-bipyridyl-4 claim 6 ,4′-dicarboxylic acid)-ruthenium(II) claim 6 , (BuN)[R(dcbpy)(NCS)](BuN=tetrabutyl-ammonium and dcbpy H=2 claim 6 ,2′-bipyridyl-4 claim 6 ,4′-dicarboxylic acid claim 6 , [cis-di(thiocyanato)-bis(2 claim 6 ,2′-bipyridyl-4-carboxylate-4′-carboxylic acid)-ruthenium(II)] or (4 claim 6 ,4′ claim 6 ,4″-tricarboxy-2 claim 6 ,2′:6′ claim 6 ,2′-terpyridine)ruthenium(II)).9. The composite dye as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the ruthenium metal complexes and the organic dye have a molar ratio from 1:0.01 to 1:1.0.10.
