Provided is a method of manufacturing conductive spun yarn, which comprises the step of supplying, to a carding machine, flame-resistant monofilament webs prepared through a blowing process, and metal filament slivers prepared through a drawing process, to effectively prevent the formation of nep by metal filaments being combined with each other in conductive spun yarn, during a spinning process to manufacture conductive spun yarn which comprises a mixture of flame-resistant monofilaments, whose melting point is not less than temperature of 250°C, and metal filaments. As a result, metal filament in yarn can be prevented from being damaged and separated off when fabricating textile with the conductive spun yarn.
