The polymer may be applied as a solution in an organic solvent by brushing, roller-coating, spraying, spreading or dipping, to form a pre-finished surface. The film may be pigmented. Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Plattenelementen aus einer Mehrzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten Lamellen (1), die in Form von Brettern oder Kanthölzern ausgebildet sind und die durch Holzdübel (3) miteinander verbunden werden, welche in vorgebohrte, die nebeneinander angeordneten Lamellen (1) durchsetzende Bohrlöcher (29, 30) eingepresst werden, werden zur Herstellung der Plattenelemente die aneinander angelegten und zusammengedrückten Lamellen (1) durch eine Bohrstation (10) und durch eine Dübelstation (11) transportiert. The present invention relates to a fireproof, semi-incombustible ceiling material manufactured by perforating plywood and then pressure-injecting a flame-retardant or fireproof resin in a vacuum state, and to a method for manufacturing same. In the present invention, a fireproof resin may be injected in a short period of time along the fiber direction of wood through a hole perforated in plywood to minimize the stress applied to an adhesion layer. Moreover, shrinkage stress generated during drying due to reduced drying time may be reduced. Thus, since the inside of plywood can be impregnated with a fireproof resin in an amount sufficient to meet standards for fire safety, the present invention may provide a fireproof, semi-incombustible wood-based ceiling material. In addition, the ceiling material of the present invention utilizes pre-manufactured plywood, and is thus lightweight and high-strength, and may replace, in particular, asbestos-containing inorganic ceiling materials (gypsum board, etc.), which emit radon radiation and have poor resistance to humidity and moisture. Moreover, the ceiling material of the present invention uses wood-based plywood, and thus controls temperature and humidity, preserves beautiful natural wood grain patterns and coloring, and contributes to the improvement of indoor environments. The present disclosure relates to a method of producing a laminated wood product, comprising providing a plank presenting a pair of parallel major surfaces, a pair of minor surfaces, a pair of end surfaces and a longitudinal direction parallel with said major and minor surfaces and perpendicular to the end surfaces, said plank having a water content of more than 25% by weight, preferably more than 30% by weight, initializing at least one longitudinal crack in the plank, drying said crack initialized plank to a moisture content of less than 20% by weight, and laminating said crack initialized plank by gluing at least one of its major surfaces to a surface of a second member, thus forming the laminated wood product. The disclosure also relates to a laminated wood product, which may be formed according to the method. 1. A method of producing a laminated wood product , comprising:providing a plank presenting a pair of parallel major surfaces, a pair of minor surfaces, a pair of end surfaces and a longitudinal direction parallel with said major and minor surfaces and perpendicular to the end surfaces, said plank having a water content of more than 25% by weight,initializing at least one longitudinal crack in the plank,drying said crack initialized plank to a moisture content of less than 20% by weight, andlaminating said crack initialized plank by gluing at least one of its major surfaces to a surface of a second member, thus forming the laminated wood product.2. The floor plate (1) and the ceiling (2) are the same size, and both have around their edges, a half-lapped groove (3, 4) of the same depth as the thickness as the side panels (5, 6, 7). The ceiling and floor sheets (1, 2) are pref. split lengthwise into several sections (8-10, 11-13) which have a half-lapped groove along their connecting joins. The part not cut out (16, 17) are placed end-to-end and fixed together by means of wedges (18, 19). Each joint is reinforced by an intermediate cross piece (20, 21) the same thickness as the groove. The floor and ceiling sheets are joined by four corner posts, which are L-shaped. Each side of the L-shaped piece has the same thickness as the depth of the peripheral groove, with spaces between the posts. The bottom (25) and top (26) ends of the corner posts, have flat joints, as have the panels (5, 6, 7).
