Обе полости соединены между собой уплотняющей прокладкой 12, служащей одновременно и диафрагмой. Блок бортового поворота снегоболотохода

Полезная модель относится к области самоходных транспортных средств, а более конкретно к транспортным средствам типа вездехода, предназначенным для движения по заболоченной местности и слабонесущим грунтам, льду рек и озер, пересеченной местности, а также преодоления водных преград, и может быть использована для создания и производства малогабаритной транспортной техники различного назначения. Задачей полезной модели является разработка более легкого блока бортового поворота снегоболотохода за счет упрощения конструкции. Для выполнения поставленной задачи блок бортового поворота снегоболотохода содержит центральный редуктор с ведомым валом, на котором симметрично с обеих сторон жестко установлены фрикционные механизмы, включающие диски фрикциона. Ведомый вал выполнен составным из трех частей: центральной части, являющейся частью центрального редуктора, правого вала бортового поворота и левого вала бортового поворота. С обеих сторон относительно центрального редуктора на ведомом валу также установлены тормозные механизмы, ведущие звездочки передних и задних колес и ротационные муфты левого и правого борта. Причем тормозные механизмы выполнены из поочередно установленных на ведомом валу тормозных дисков и тормозных суппортов. А во фрикционные механизмы включены суппорта фрикциона. Техническим результатом является то, что выполнение ведомого вала составным из трех частей и установка на нем указанных деталей позволяет отказаться от сложных по конструкции механизмов, как в прототипе, заменив их на более простые и не такие тяжелые, что требуется при конструкции снегоболотоходов. A hydraulic system for an aircraft includes a brake operation device, a pressure supply, a reservoir, a shut-off valve, and a wheel brake. The shut-off valve is in fluid communication with and is disposed between the pressure supply and the brake valve. The shut-off valve can include a poppet, a first valve seat and a second valve seat. Movement of the poppet is controlled by operation of the brake operation device. The poppet is movable between a first position where the poppet acts against the first valve seat and a second position where the poppet acts against the second valve seat. In the first position, fluid flow is blocked between the pressure supply and the brake valve through the shut-off valve. In the second position, fluid flow is allowed between the pressure supply and the brake valve through the shut-off valve. The wheel brake is in fluid communication with and downstream from the shut-off valve.

The steering device operates according to the principle of slowing the speed of revolution of one of two running wheels (19) seated on the same drive shaft (30), and contains, for each running wheel (19), a coupling/brake arrangement (11, 1, 2) which connects the machine/drive shaft (30) to the relevant running wheel (19) via an intermediate shaft element (20). The steering process takes place by tightening a brake band (1) on a brake drum (2), from which cam-controlled control rollers act on the coupling arrangement (11) as a function of the braking force and release a frictionally engaging connection to the drive shaft (30) of the machine in the said arrangement (11). The steering device is particularly suitable for single-axle agricultural mowing devices in which the drive shaft (30) of the machine is driven by an engine (23) via a transmission (26), which engine (23) is installed on the frame (24) of the machine.

A back-up steering system is provided having a hydraulic pump, an accumulator, a mode control valve, a main solenoid valve, and a pair of back-up solenoid valves. The system is connected, to left and right service brakes. The hydraulic pump and the accumulator are both connected to a main hydraulic line. The main solenoid valve is connected to the main line, a common fluid sump, and the mode control valve. The back-up solenoid valves are each connected to the main line, the sump and the mode control valve. The service brakes are connected to the mode control valve. During normal operation the mode control valve is set so that the service brakes are in fluid communication with the mode control valve and the main solenoid valve. When the main solenoid valve is actuated the pump is in fluid communication with both service brakes for simultaneous actuation thereof, in response to operator induced braking. At this time the back-up solenoid valves are disconnected from the service brakes due to the position of the mode control valve. During back-up or emergency operation the mode control valve is set so that the service brakes are in fluid communication with the mode control valve and the back-up solenoid valves. The service brakes are selectively brought into fluid communication with the pump and/or accumulator via selective actuation of the back-up solenoid valves. By selectively actuating either the left or right service brake the vehicle can be steered even though the primary steering system is not functioning properly. At this time the main solenoid valve is effectively disconnected from the service brakes due to the position of the mode control valve. Electrical input to the various valves of the system is provided by the vehicle alternator and in the event of alternator failure, the valves are powered by the vehicle battery.
