An apparatus to reduce skidding of a vehicle tire on the road surface, creates a vacuum between the tire and the road surface when the wheels slip, especially during heavy braking. A number of conduits are attached to the inner side of the tire, each of them extended from a hole in the rim to some of the tread voids. A vacuum head is placed in contact with the rim and sweeps the perforated part of the rim as the wheel rotates. The vacuum head sucks air from the only voids which are precisely in the road contact area, through some of the conduits. The magnetic and osmotic inner tube may include a nonpermeable membrane ring coupled to a semipermeable membrane ring, an O-ring, and a group of polar magnets. The nonpermeable membrane ring may be coated with a sealant and store hypertonic fluid and plugging materials. The semipermeable membrane ring may store hypotonic fluid and plugging materials. When a vehicle tire is punctured by an object, the hypotonic fluid and the plugging materials are drawn by osmosis through the semipermeable membrane ring into the hypertonic fluid of the nonpermeable membrane ring to create an osmotic pressure on the nonpermeable membrane ring that causes the O-ring to seal the puncture. The polar magnets may be arranged, in parallel, to generate opposing magnetic forces that create a magnetic field that supports a vehicle weight.

The present invention comprises methods and apparatus for preparing a tread for application to a tire carcass by abrading a bottom side of the tread. In particular, the tread has a thickness extending depthwise between a top side and a bottom side of the tread. A pneumatic tire is disclosed having two annular bead portions having a bead core. A carcass extends between the bead portions through sidewall portions and a tread portion, wherein the carcass includes at least two axially inner plies which extend down from the tread and axially inward of the bead core, said at least two axially inner plies being wound around the bead core forming respective turn-ups, each turnup being located axially outward of the bead core. The carcass further includes a first axially outer ply which extends down from the tread towards the bead core and positioned axially outward of the bead core, wherein at least one of the axially outer plies is formed from reinforcements having a higher break strength than the reinforcements of the axially inner plies. 2. The pneumatic tire of further comprising a second axially outer ply having a higher strength than the axially inner plies.3. The pneumatic tire of wherein the angle of the axially inner plies is in the range of 40-55 degrees as measured with respect to axis XX claim 1 , when measured in the unmounted claim 1 , uninflated new condition.4. The pneumatic tire of wherein the angle of the axially inner plies is in the range of 40-50 degrees as measured with respect to axis XX claim 1 , when measured in the unmounted claim 1 , uninflated new condition.5. The tire is characterized in that the loss tangent (tan δ) of the base rubber is smaller than the loss tangent (tan δ) of the top rubber, the 100% Mod of the base rubber is within a range of 60% to 85% of the 100% Mod of the top rubber, and the thickness of the base rubber is within a range of 10% to 30% of the total thickness of the tread on the tire. 1. A method for manufacturing a tire , comprising:cure-molding a top rubber to serve as a tread surface configured to contact with a road surface;cure-molding a base tire having a base rubber on an outer periphery thereof to which the top rubber is bonded; andforming a tire by integrating the top rubber and the base tire together,wherein a loss tangent (tan δ) of the base rubber is smaller than a loss tangent (tan δ) of the top rubber,100% Mod of the base rubber is within a range of 60% to 85% of 100% Mod of the top rubber, anda thickness of the base rubber is within a range of 10% to 30% of a total thickness of the tread on the tire.2. The method for manufacturing a tire according to claim 1 , wherein the 100% Mod of the base rubber is 1.6 MPa or above.3.
