(2) Arrange filler components in a proper position. A filler component is placed on the junction of two objects to be joined in such a manner that the filler portion adjoins the welding seam to be produced. (3) Apply an argon arc welding operation. Use an electric arc for an argon welding operation to fuse the welding region of the objects while at the same time the filler portion of the component is molten and fills in the weld bead.

In one approach, the plasma arc system includes a lead having a first end connected to a power source and a second end connected to a torch handle. The fluid and power connection may be formed by a connection between a main power socket and a conductive conduit. Auch die Anforderungen an die Kühlmittelschläuche werden aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung geringer, da nun die Kühlmittel potenzialfrei ausgelegt sind und somit preiswertere Kühlschläuche oder sogar Kühlrohr, die unmittelbar mit den Kühlmitteln verbunden sind, verwendet werden können.
