Уплотнительный элемент корпуса функционально удерживается в углублении для удержания уплотнения. Выступающее радиально наружу ребро, смежное с первым концом муфты, образующим свод углубления. The filter is designed to work in a horizontal position, the unscrewing of the lid opens a drainage channel through which the casing is emptied before the lid is removed. This lid is not only sealed at its open end at (15) but carries a radial sealing ring (12) which provides a peripheral seal over a certain axial movement. Each embodiment includes a series of vents, purge ports, and passages that communicate fluidly with the filter housing and filter core. Certain vents and purge ports are initially opened following filtration operations to allow pressurized gas to flow into the housing, thereby forcing residual unfiltered liquid through the filter. When this has been accomplished, another vent is opened to the filter core to allow filtered liquid to flow from the downstream or outlet passage from the filter core. Some embodiments have the filter outlet located above the filter, and include a downstream drain port extending from the filter core. A replacement filter element having a removable pin attached to the filter element is described. The removable pin is attached to the filter element via a first interference fit. When the replacement filter element is installed into a filtration system having a drain valve with an internal draft, the removable pin seals onto the drain valve and forms a second interference fit between the drain valve and the pin. The pin seals an opening in the drain valve. The second interference fit is stronger than the first interference. Accordingly, when the replacement filter element is removed from the filter housing (e.g., during a service event of the replacement filter element), the pin detaches from the replacement filter element and remains positioned within the drain valve thereby preventing fluid from leaking from the housing when the filter element is removed. A fluid filtration cartridge assembly includes an outer mesh wall and an inner mesh wall defining a space therebetween; a plurality of partitions extending between the outer wall and the inner wall, thereby dividing the space into a plurality of compartments; a filter surrounding the outer mesh wall; and a filter packet removal implement removably installed in at least one of the compartments, the filter packet removal implement including a plate disposed in the at least one compartment and a handle attached to the plate. The implement is configured to facilitate the removal of a filter packet loaded into the compartment and seated on the plate. 1. A fluid filtration cartridge assembly , comprising:an outer mesh wall and an inner mesh wall defining a space therebetween;a plurality of partitions extending between the outer wall and the inner wall, thereby dividing the space into a plurality of compartments;a filter surrounding the outer mesh wall; anda filter packet removal implement removably installed in at least one of the compartments, the filter packet removal implement including a plate disposed in the at least one compartment and a handle attached to the plate.2. During the process of compressing air, atmospheric air along with water vapor and airborne contaminants are ingested into the air compressor. Many of these compressors utilize oil for lubrication, sealing and cooling. A compressor system utilizes drain valves to remove the condensate that accumulates in the system which are typically located on the compressor, moisture separators, coalescing filters, receivers, dryers, and drip legs. While the drain valves successfully remove the condensate, this condensate is now contaminated with lubricant. A first layer of screening is placed on top of the frame but does not extend to the edges of the frame. An extraction cell cap assembly allows for toolless disassembly. The filter cartridge can include a thread and a torsion lock detent to provide twist and lock mounting to the filter head. Separately, the filter cartridge can include a slidable piston that can become pressurized by application of liquid pressure during operation that can apply an axial force to the filter head to load the thread and increase threaded attachment rigidity and/or the natural frequency of the filter cartridge to a more desirable level, and thereby limit vibrational impacts.
