The invention discloses an aluminum alloy vacuum welding method capable of eliminating silicon segregation. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preheating, namely assembling aluminum alloy to be welded and aluminum-silicon solder, placing parts into a vacuum brazing furnace, heating the parts to 200 to 300 DEG C at the heating speed of 8 to 10 DEG C/s, and preserving heat for 20 to 40 minutes at the vacuum degree of 5*10<-2> Pa; (2) breaking a membrane, namely heating to 530 to 550 DEG C at the heating speed of 6 to 9 DEG C/s and preserving heat for 20 to 40 minutes at the vacuumdegree of 5*10<-3> Pa; (3) welding, heating to 600 to 620 DEG C at the heating speed of less than 5 DEG C/s and preserving heat for 60 to 90 minutes at the vacuum degree of 3*10<-3> Pa; and (4) cooling, namely cooling the welded parts to 520 to 540 DEG C along with the furnace, taking out the parts, and performing air-cooling on the parts to room temperature.
