A wireless communication method, a base station and a wireless communication device. The wireless communication method includes: in case that communication devices which are to perform communication are estimated to satisfy a condition for device-to-device direct communication, transmitting a control signaling from a base station to the communication devices, the control signaling allocating a carrier for the device-to-device direct communication; and performing the device-to-device direct communication between the communication devices using the allocated carrier, wherein the base station allocates the carrier for the device-to-device direct communication from conventional carrier, stand-alone new-type carrier and non-stand-alone new-type carrier, wherein the new-type carrier has a reduced number of control channels as compared with the conventional carrier. 114-. A method of controlling wireless communication by a base station , comprising:determining whether communication devices which are to perform communication satisfy a condition for device-to-device direct communication, andin case that the condition is satisfied, transmitting a control signaling to the communication devices, the control signaling allocating a carrier for the device-to-device direct communication,wherein the base station allocates the carrier for the device-to-device direct communication from conventional carrier, stand-alone new-type carrier and non-stand-alone new-type carrier, wherein the new-type carrier has a reduced number of control channels as compared with the conventional carrier.16.
