Disclosed is a hemostatic material, wherein a thrombin receptor activating agent is covalently coupled to a biocompatible matrix. 1. A hemostatic material , wherein a thrombin receptor activating agent is covalently coupled to a biocompatible matrix.2. The hemostatic material according to claim 1 , wherein the biocompatible matrix is a hemostatic matrix and is selected from the group consisting of a biomaterial claim 1 , preferably a protein claim 1 , a biopolymer or a polysaccharide matrix claim 1 , especially a collagen claim 1 , gelatin claim 1 , fibrin claim 1 , starch or chitosan matrix; and a synthetic polymer claim 1 , preferably a polyvinyl alcohol claim 1 , polyethylene glycol claim 1 , or poly(N-isopropylacrylamide).3. The hemostatic material according to claim 1 , wherein the thrombin receptor activating agent is a thrombin receptor activating peptide (TRAP) claim 1 , preferably TRAP8 claim 1 , TRAP7 claim 1 , TRAP6 claim 1 , TRAP1-41 claim 1 , SLIGKV (for PAR-2 (human)) claim 1 , TFRGAP (for PAR-3 (human)) claim 1 , GYPGQV (for PAR-4 (human)) claim 1 , or amidated forms thereof claim 1 , as well as mixtures thereof.4. The hemostatic material according to claim 1 , wherein the biocompatible matrix is a sponge claim 1 , a woven or non-woven fabric claim 1 , a preformed shape claim 1 , preferably as a cylinder or cone for tooth extraction claim 1 , a particulate or granulate material or a sheet.5. The hemostatic material according to claim 1 , wherein the biocompatible matrix comprises polyvinyl alcohol.6. A method for producing the hemostatic material according to claim 1 , wherein a thrombin receptor activating agent in covalently coupled to a biocompatible matrix.7.
