The larger the target function value is, the more accurate the selected integer is. The method is a predicted value correction method based on the probability distribution of the predicted grades in the training set and has the advantages of higher accuracy, smaller time complexity and forceful theoretical basis.

Embodiments of the disclosure generally provide methods of forming a silicon containing layers in TFT devices. The silicon can be used to form the active channel in a LTPS TFT or be utilized as an element in a gate dielectric layer, a passivation layer or even an etch stop layer. The silicon containing layer is deposited by a vapor deposition process whereby an inert gas, such as argon, is introduced along with the silicon precursor. The inert gas functions to drive out weak, dangling silicon-hydrogen bonds or silicon-silicon bonds so that strong silicon-silicon or silicon-oxygen bonds remain to form a substantially hydrogen free silicon containing layer. 1. A method for forming a silicon layer on a substrate comprising:transferring a substrate into a processing chamber;supplying a gas mixture having a silicon-based gas, an inert gas and substantially no hydrogen gas into the processing chamber, the gas mixture having a volumetric flow rate per surface area of substrate of the inert gas that is between about 1.8 times to about 79 times a volumetric flow rate per surface area of substrate of the silicon-based gas; andapplying a RF power to ignite the gas mixture into a plasma; andforming an amorphous silicon layer on the substrate in the presence of the plasma.2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:in-situ thermal treating the substrate to a temperature between about 450 degrees Celsius and about 500 degrees Celsius in the processing chamber.3. A method of recovering urea from a urea/oil complex , comprising:a) removing solvent from a urea/oil complex, wherein the urea/oil complex comprises urea, oil, and solvent, thereby forming a dried urea/oil complex that is substantially free of solvent;b) combining the dried urea/oil complex with water, thereby forming an aqueous concentrated urea solution and an organic phase;c) separating the aqueous concentrated urea solution and the organic phase; ande) removing water from the aqueous concentrated urea solution, thereby providing a recovered urea.2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the urea/oil complex is formed by combining oil with urea in the presence of solvent claim 1 , wherein the oil comprises a polyunsaturated fatty acid or derivative or mixture thereof.3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising extracting the aqueous concentrated urea solution with an organic solvent prior to step (e).4. The oil-gas separation cylinder comprises an oil-gas separation cylinder body of which axe extends in direction of up and down, a separating block which separates the oil-gas separation cylinder body into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, an oil-gas separation cylinder piston movably installed in the lower cavity, an oil inlet passage and an oil outlet passage, and an oil-gas separation cylinder vent arranged at upper end of the upper cavity, wherein both of the oil inlet passage and the oil outlet passage are communicated with the upper cavity, wherein the separating block is provided with a guiding hole and a spaying hole used to communicate the upper cavity to the lower cavity, or the separating block is provided with a spaying hole guiding oil used to communicate the upper cavity to the lower cavity. By motion of an oil-gas separation cylinder piston, oil is spayed so as to rapidly realize equilibrium of oil and gas. Deaerating space is dynamically expanded so as to strengthen deaerating effect. The present invention adopts vacuum spraying method, but eliminates a mixer motor which continuously stirs the oil. Thus, structure of the oil-gas separation device is simplified.
