This invention is related to an apparatus for attaching resists and wafers to substrates, including: first and a second moving devices for moving substrates and wafers respectively; a first tank for containing an adhesive agent; a dispensing device which dispenses a predetermined amount of the adhesive agent at the central region of the wafer; a third moving device for placing the substrate on the wafer; a compressing device which compresses the substrate to squeeze out any possible air bubble existing within the adhesive agent between the substrate and the wafer; a second tank for containing the adhesive agent; a fourth moving device for moving the attached substrate and the wafer together to the second tank such that the complete area of the wafer at the side thereof opposite to the substrate is covered with the adhesive agent in an appropriate amount; a mold having a plurality of cavities arranged in a required pattern; a supplying device for providing a plurality of resists on the mold; a shake-and-load device which shakes the mold such that the resists may be positioned into the cavities thereof; an adherent tape for adhering the resists which are arranged in accordance with the pattern of the mold; the fourth moving device to move the substrate and the wafer together onto the resists and the adherent tape such that the resists are attached with the wafer by the adhesive agent thereon; and a wrapping device for moving the adherent tape and separating the adherent tape from the resists.

In a method for processing location holes of a motherboard, a motherboard image of the motherboard is converted into a grayscale image. The grayscale image is normalized and converted into a binary image. Closed contours in the binary image and a minimum circumscribed circle of each of the closed contours are acquired from the binary image. A radius, a circumcenter coordinate and an average pixel value of each minimum circumscribed circle, and an average pixel value of the binary image are calculated. One or more minimum circumscribed circles are selected if each of the selected minimum circumscribed circles has a radius in a predetermined radius range and an average pixel value that is greater than the average pixel value of the binary image.

The moving member is pivotably disposed in the cavity or the base by a spring force and having at least a gate and a cover configured for controlling the area of the opening. The gas thread is connected to the moving member and configured for pulling the moving member to generate a processional rotation and a resetting rotation. The rotations are configured for controlling the gate and the cover part to adjust the opening area of the opening so as to precisely control the second air flow.

A method of forming a generated conformation of a molecular system comprising generating a molecular dynamics trajectory of said molecular system, wherein said trajectory is initiated by assigning to each atom in said molecular system a set of initial parameters comprising an initial velocity vector and an initial conformation wherein each atom in said molecular system is disposed in an initial position, and wherein said molecular dynamics trajectory is propagated by a computational procedure comprising: (a) calculating a current force exerted on each atom (i) by calculating a derivative of an energy function describing interactions between said atom (i) and other atoms in said molecule; (b) determining a guiding force gi describing an average along a portion of said trajectory of a force exerted on said atom (i); (c) determining a current position and velocity of said atom (i) by ajusting said previous position and velocity according to the equation miai = fi, wherein mi is the mass of atom (i), ai is an acceleration of atom (i) and fi is a force obtained by adding said current force calculated in (a) and said guiding force determined in (b); (d) replacing said previous position and velocity of said atom (i) with said current position and velocity of said atom (i); (e) repeating steps (a) to (d) for one or more iterations to generate said trajectory; and (f) forming said generated conformation by disposing the atoms of said molecule in respective current positions obtained during a given iteration; and processing said generated conformation to determine a structural, energetic, thermodynamic or kinetic property of said molecular system.
