The collector zone is merged with the gate zone and the drain, source, and emitter zones are taken out as terminals of the cell. The whole forms a random access memory operating at high speed.

This chamber system may result in that the hydrostatic pressure applied or loaded on the outermost or final stage auxiliary chamber is reduced remarkably with respect to the pressure in the main chamber so that the leakage liquid from this auxiliary chamber can be suppressed in volume. The containers to be subjected to the heat treatment are introduced into the main chamber and withdrawn therefrom through the auxiliary chambers and intermediate chamber which are communicated in series to the main chamber through said communication system.

Faster switching and increased fan-out is ensured with the integrated circuit whose semiconductor substrate features a normally drive static induction transistor. The transistor comprises a source, drain, gate and a channel which is perpendicular to the substrate surface to connect the source with the drain. Several drain outputs as well as Schottky's barrier diodes are formed to separate the drain outputs. The substrate has a p-type layer (12) with a diffused n+ zone to form a deep located layer (14) and an epitaxial layer (16) of the n- type. The latter exhibits strips separated by isolation zones (18) obtained by selective diffusion of immunity. In addition, p+ type conductivity gate (20) n+ type source (22) are formed by selective diffusion while metal strips (24, 26) are coated by evaporation.

Disclosed is a turntable apparatus which comprises a plurality of magnets provided on the inner surface of the turntable so as to be disposed in a state alternately opposite in polarity and a plurality of coils provided on a stationary substrate disposed to face said turntable, in a manner that the disposition of said plurality of coils is in corresponding relation to the disposition of said plurality of magnets, whereby said turntable is rotated by the electromagnetic force between said coils and magnets. There is provided on said stationary substrate position detecting means for detecting the electromagnetic position of the magnets relative to the coils. The output signals from said position detecting means vary in level with a magnetic field variation due to the rotation of the turntable. There is provided means for controlling supply of a DC current to each coil upon receipt of an output signal from said position detecting means thereby to cause a rotating magnetic field to be produced in the coils. Further, there is provided means for operatively comparing a specific reference voltage with that inductive voltage induced in the coil which is proportional to the rotation speed of the turntable, thereby to control supply of a current to the coil from a power source, thus to control the flow of current supplied from said power source to the coil, i.e., the rotation speed of the turntable.

A light-shielding mask 11 is provided at the end of the liquid crystal panel 15 from which no electrode pattern is introduced so that it sandwiches the insulating plates 1 and 2 from both sides of the liquid crystal panel 15.
