Vertical deflection data is collected along a particular section of a structure, such as a railroad track. The present invention relates to a monitoring method and system of arrester applied to smart substation. The monitoring method of arrester applied to smart substation includes following steps: 1) getting original sample value of the arrester leakage current, 2) getting resample values of the original sample values of leakage current and SV voltage signals, 3) getting the amplitude and the phase values of the resample values of the leakage current and the SV voltage signals by Fourier transforming, 4) calculating angles between the resample values of the leakage current and the SV voltage signals according to the phase values of the resample values of the leakage current and the SV voltage signals, and calculating value of resistive current with the method of fundamental wave projection, 5) getting value of resistive current after medium filtered by medium filtering the value of resistive current, making a comparison of the value of resistive current after medium filtered and setting threshold value, and forewarning timely when the value of resistive current after medium filtered exceeds the setting threshold value. The monitoring system of arrester applied to smart substation comprises collecting unit, data processing unit and merge unit. The present invention, that the monitoring method of arrester applied to smart substation, could reduce the influence of the electronic interference on the system and raise the monitor accuracy of the faults of the arrester. 1. The invention discloses a self-adaptive synchronous rectification control system and a self-adaptive synchronous rectification control method of an active clamp flyback converter. This method has low time complexity, may effectively utilize channel resources of the IoV system, and ensures the delay reliability of the DUE for which the local V2V data exchange is performed in the form of D2D communication. Provided is a method of producing multiple particulates, the method comprising: (a) dispersing multiple primary particles of an anode active material, having a particle size from 2 nm to 20 μm, and particles of a polymer foam material, having a particle size from 50 nm to 20 μm, and an optional adhesive or binder in a liquid medium to form a slurry; and (b) shaping the slurry and removing the liquid medium to form the multiple particulates having a diameter from 100 nm to 50 μm; wherein at least one of the multiple particulates comprises a polymer foam material having pores and a single or a plurality of the primary particles embedded in or in contact with the polymer foam material, wherein the primary particles have a total solid volume Va, and the pores have a total pore volume Vp, and the volume ratio Vp/Va is from 0.1/1.0 to 10/1. 1.
