A masterbatch formulation comprising from 40 to 82.5 wt. % of a polyolefin resin; from 0.5 to 10 wt. % of a hydrophilic fumed silica, wherein the hydrophilic fumed silica has a specific surface area of 30 m/g to 750 m/g; and greater than or equal to 17 wt. % of an anti-dripping agent. 1. A masterbatch formulation comprising:from 40 to 82.5 wt. % of a polyolefin resin;{'sup': 2', '2, 'from 0.5 to 10 wt. % of a hydrophilic fumed silica, wherein the hydrophilic fumed silica has a specific surface area of 30 m/g to 750 m/g; and'}greater than or equal to 17 wt. % of an anti-dripping agent.2. The formulation of claim 1 , wherein the polyolefin resin is selected from the group consisting of low density polyethylene claim 1 , linear low density polyethylene claim 1 , ethylene vinyl acetate claim 1 , and combinations thereof.3. The formulation of claim 1 , wherein the hydrophilic fumed silica has a specific surface area of 30 m/g to 450 m/g.4. The formulation of claim 1 , wherein the anti-dripping agent include at least one non-ionic surfactant component which is selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene esters claim 1 , polyoxyethylene ethers claim 1 , glycerol esters claim 1 , polyglycerol esters claim 1 , polyoxyethylene glycerine fatty acid ester claim 1 , sorbitan esters claim 1 , polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester claim 1 , pentaerythritol ester and other polyalcohol esters claim 1 , diethanol amine esters claim 1 , diethanol alkylamine claim 1 , diethanol alkylamine esters claim 1 , diethanol acylamine claim 1 , diethanol acylamine esters claim 1 , fatty acid diethanolamide claim 1 , N-substituded diethanolamine and N-substituded diethanolamine esters claim 1 , and combinations thereof.5. The formulation of claim 1 , wherein the formulation comprises from 17 wt. % to 50 wt. % of the anti-dripping agent.6.
