Provided is a bulk heterojunction inorganic thin film solar cell and a method for fabricating the same. A method of manufacturing a display device in a chamber in which a material including yttrium is coated on an inner surface includes: forming a first layer pattern by dry etching on a substrate; depositing a second layer material on the first layer pattern; forming a photoresist pattern on the second layer material; completing a second layer pattern by using the photoresist pattern as an etch mask; and performing an additional acid etching process by using an etching solution including at least one of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, or nitric acid before the forming of the photoresist pattern on the second layer material after the dry etching to form the first layer pattern. 1. A method of manufacturing a display device in a chamber in which a material including yttrium is coated on an inner surface , comprising:forming a first layer pattern by dry etching on a substrate;depositing a second layer material on the first layer pattern;forming a photoresist pattern on the second layer material;completing a second layer pattern by using the photoresist pattern as an etch mask; andperforming an additional acid etching process by using an etching solution including at least one of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, or nitric acid before the forming of the photoresist pattern on the second layer material after the dry etching to form the first layer pattern.2. The manufacturing method of claim 1 , whereinthe forming of the photoresist pattern on the second layer material includes depositing a photoresist material and completing the photoresist pattern by exposing the photoresist material.3. The present invention relates to a rubber composition having excellent tensile properties and viscoelasticity properties and including a modified conjugated diene-based polymer. The rubber composition may include a modified conjugated diene-based polymer which is selected considering target tensile properties and viscoelasticity properties, by predicting in advance the correlation of the modification ratio of the modified conjugated diene-based polymer and the dynamic viscoelasticity loss coefficient at 60° C. of the rubber composition through Mathematical Formula 1 and Mathematical Formula 2. Therefore, excellent compounding properties may be shown. 1. A rubber composition comprising a modified conjugated diene-based polymer; a filler; and a vulcanizing agent , [{'br': None, 'i': 'Y=AX+', '0.1645\u2003\u2003[Mathematical Formula 1]'}, {'br': None, '0.0945≤Y≤0.1561 \u2003\u2003[Mathematical Formula 2]'}], 'wherein the following Mathematical Formula 1 and Mathematical Formula 2 are satisfiedin Mathematical Formula 1 and Mathematical Formula 2, A is a real number of −0.0019 to −0.0009, X is a modification ratio of the modified conjugated diene-based polymer, and Y is a dynamic viscoelasticity loss coefficient (tan δ) at 60° C. of the rubber composition.2. The rubber composition according to claim 1 , wherein the modified conjugated diene-based polymer is a conjugated diene-based polymer catalyzed with a lanthanide rare earth element-containing catalyst claim 1 , and comprising a functional group in at least one terminal.3. A thin piezo-electric layer is attached onto a surface of the wafer and an electrode is applied with external power to expand and/or contract the thin piezo-electric layer. The LCOS device further includes a voltage detection unit for detecting a voltage generated by the deformation of the thin piezo-electric layer; and a feedback control unit for compensating for deformation of the thin piezo-electric layer according to the voltage detected by the voltage detection unit. The LCOS device achieves uniformity of the cell gap by adjusting the voltage level of the thin piezo-electric layer after bonding the wafer and the glass, and therefore, spacers are not required.
