The invention discloses a novel lignite gasification reactor and system. The system comprises a feeding unit, a novel lignite gasification reactor and a synthesis gas catalytic reforming unit, wherein the gasification reactor comprises a furnace body in a double-layer structure; a cavity defined by the inner layer is a gasification furnace hearth; a plurality of heaters are arranged on the outer surface of the inner layer; each heater is provided with an independent temperature control device; the bottom of the inner layer is open; passageways are formed between the inner layer and the outer layer; gas outlets are formed in the upper part of the outer layer and are communicated with the upper parts of the passageways; coal gas temperature thermocouples are arranged in the passageways; a slag storage bin and a slag outlet are formed in the bottom of the outer layer; gasifying agent inlets are formed in the lower side walls of the outer layer; gasifying agents include oxygen and water vapor ...
