The present invention relates to a cloning vector including a new 2A sequence derived from a nonmammalian virus, a polynucleotide for biosynthesis of carotenoid, and a transformed plant body. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cloning vector including a 2A sequence derived from a nonmammalian virus, a polynucleotide for encrypting phytoene synthase, a 2A sequence derived from a nonmammalian virus, carotene desaturase, beta-carotene hydrolase and beta-carotene ketolase, a recombination expression vector including the polynucleotide, a transformed cell introduced with the polynucleotide, and a transformed plant body introduced with the polynucleotide. A 2A sequence according to the present invention has higher ribosome skipping efficiency than a conventional FMDV-derived 2A sequence, and consequently, a transformed plant body having high gene expression stability can be developed.
