... 본 발명은 미세온도 판단을 위한 이중화 온도센서 감지회로에 있어서, 온도센서로부터 출력되는 전압값을 측정하여 온도를 판단하는 이중화 회로에 있어서, 측온 대상에 연결되고, 온도에 따른 저항값의 변화에 따라 가변되는 전압값을 출력하는 제1온도센서소자; 상기 제1온도센서소자에서 가변된 전압값을 증폭하는 제1증폭부; 상기 제1증폭부에서 증폭된 전압값을 입력하는 제1입력부; 상기 제1입력부에서 입력된 전압값이 미리 설정된 전압범위에 해당할 경우 상기 전압값에 해당하는 전압값을 출력하는 전압출력부; 상기 전압출력부와 연결되고, 상기 전압출력부로부터 출력되는 전압값에 따라, 온도에 따른 저항값의 변화에 따라 가변되는 전압값을 상기 입력되는 전압값으로 변경하는 제2온도센서소자; 상기 제2온도센서소자에서 변경된 전압값을 증폭하는 제2증폭부; 상기 제2증폭부에서 증폭된 전압값을 입력하는 제2입력부; 및 제2입력부에서 입력된 전압값을 통해 온도값을 환산하는 온도값환산출력부를 포함하는 미세온도 판단을 위한 이중화 온도센서 감지회로에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 산업분야에서 공정별로 정밀도가 요구 되는 온도범위가 다른 점을 감안하여 일반적인 온도감지 회로에 특정 온도범위에서 정밀도를 향상시키는 회로를 추가 구성하여 정밀도를 향상 시키기 위한 미세온도 판단을 위한 이중화 온도 감지회로를 제공할 수 있다.
