The present invention relates to 4-quinolone alkaloids with nematicidal activity, which is separated from an aerial part of Triumfetta grandidens, and a method for controlling Meloidogyne spp. using the 4-quinolone alkaloids with nematicidal activity. One material of the two 4-quinolone alkaloids of the present invention is named as 5′-methoxywaltherione A as a novel material, and the other material of the two 4-quinolone alkaloids is waltherione A which has already been known. The two materials respectively had 50% nematicidal active concentrations of 0.09 μg/ml and 0.27 μg/ml with respect to second-instar larva of Meloidogyne incognita, and inhibited nematode egg eclosions at the concentration of 1.25 μg/ml to 91.9% and 87.4% levels. Nematicidal active effects of the two materials were similar to that of abamectin, and a crude extract in the greenhouse trial perfectly inhibited the formation of club root at a level of 1,000 μg/ml. The present invention provides the formation of a new coating film and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of solving a defect, caused on a thin film by an existing sputtering technique, in order to form a hard coating film. According to the purpose, a CrN layer is formed by HiPIMS on a base material to be hard-coated, and then an Al_2O_3 layer is formed by ALD and the CrN layer is formed again by HiPIMS to provide multilayered nano-composite coating film. In other words, weaknesses of a hard-coating are improved by a hybrid deposition process with the combination of HiPIMS and ALD. ... 본 발명은 트리움페타 그란디덴스(Triumfetta grandidens)의 지상부로부터 분리한 살선충활성 물질 4-퀴놀론 알카로이드 물질 및 이를 이용한 뿌리혹선충병 방제방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 두 개의 4-퀴놀론 알카로이드 물질들 중 하나는 신물질로서 5'-메톡시월쎄리온 A로 명명하였고, 다른 한 물질은 기지의 월쎄리온 A 물질이다. 두 물질은 토마토 뿌리혹선충의 2령 유충에 대해 50% 살선충 활성 농도가 각각 0.09 ㎍/ml과 0.27 ㎍/ml이고, 또한 1.25 ㎍/ml의 농도에서 선충 알부화를 각각 91.9%와 87.4% 수준으로 억제하였다. 이들의 살선충활성 효과는 아바멕틴(abamectin)과 유사하였고, 온실 시험에서 조추출물은 1,000 ㎍/ml 수준에서 뿌리혹 형성을 완벽하게 억제하였다. 이들 결과는 4-퀴놀론 알카로이드 물질을 활용할 경우 새로운 식물성 살선충제의 개발이 가능하다는 것을 제시한다.
